Users acknowledge that delivery services inherently involve risks, including but not limited to:
Loss, theft, or damage of items
Delays, rerouting, or non-completion
Misdelivery or delivery to unintended recipients
Weather-related disruptions
Mechanical failures
Human error
Such risks exist regardless of precautions taken.
Couriers may be exposed to:
Traffic accidents
Road hazards
Poor weather conditions
Unsafe neighborhoods or locations
Assault, robbery, or harassment
Fatigue or physical injury
The Platform does not control road conditions, third-party behavior, or environmental hazards.
4.2 Sender and Recipient RisksSenders and recipients may encounter:
Interactions with unknown individuals
Property damage during pickup or delivery
Personal safety risks during handoffs
Trespass or access disputes
Users are responsible for ensuring safe pickup and delivery environments.
Deliveries may involve personal vehicles, bicycles, scooters, or walking couriers.
Risks include:
Vehicle accidents
Improper vehicle maintenance
Inadequate insurance coverage
Mechanical failures
Traffic law violations
The Platform does not inspect or certify vehicles.
Items may be damaged due to:
Handling errors
Vibration or movement
Temperature exposure
Improper packaging
Users are solely responsible for proper packaging.
6.2 Perishable ItemsFood, pharmaceuticals, or temperature-sensitive items may:
Spoil
Become unsafe for consumption
Lose efficacy
The Platform does not guarantee temperature control.
6.3 Prohibited or Restricted ItemsAttempting to ship prohibited items increases legal and safety risks.
The Platform disclaims liability arising from prohibited shipments.
Users acknowledge risks related to:
Violation of local, state, or federal laws
Improper shipment of regulated goods
Customs or border issues
Seizure by authorities
Fines, penalties, or criminal charges

The Platform makes no guarantees regarding:
Delivery completion
Timing
Condition of items
Courier conduct
Availability of couriers
All services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
By using the Platform, Users knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with:
Requesting deliveries
Acting as couriers
Sending or receiving items
Interacting with third parties
This assumption applies to both known and unknown risks.
The Platform’s role is limited to facilitating connections.
The Platform does not:
Control delivery execution
Supervise couriers
Monitor interactions continuously
Assume custody of items
Users bear primary responsibility for their actions and decisions.
This Disclosure is intended to satisfy any duty to warn.
Users acknowledge that not all risks can be identified or disclosed in advance.
The absence of a specific warning does not imply absence of risk.
Users acknowledge that:

They had the opportunity to seek independent advice
They voluntarily choose to use the Platform
Users agree to release the Platform from claims arising from inherent delivery risks, except where prohibited by law.
