Pykkit – Prohibited Items & Acceptable Use Policy

1. PURPOSE AND LEGAL FUNCTION OF THIS POLICY

This Prohibited Items & Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy” or “AUP”) is a standalone, binding policy governing all use of the Pykkit platform, including but not limited to the website, mobile applications, APIs, communication tools, and any related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

6.2 Weapons and Explosives

Explanation: Weapons transport is heavily regulated and presents extreme safety risks. Unauthorized transport can result in felony charges and civil liability.

6.3 Hazardous and Dangerous Materials

Explanation: These items require specialized handling, licensing, and insurance not provided by the Platform.

6.4 Stolen, Counterfeit, or Illicit Goods

Explanation: Transporting illicit goods may implicate Users and the Platform in criminal enterprises.

6.5 Human Trafficking and Exploitation Materials

Explanation: Zero tolerance. Immediate termination and mandatory law enforcement reporting.

6.6 Living Beings

Explanation: Transport of living beings presents ethical, safety, and legal risks.


7. CONDITIONALLY PROHIBITED ITEMS

Certain items may be prohibited depending on jurisdiction, quantity, packaging, or authorization.

Examples include:

8. MISREPRESENTATION AND FRAUD
