1. PURPOSE AND LEGAL INTENT

This Law Enforcement Cooperation & Regulatory Compliance Policy (“Policy”) establishes the Platform’s authority, obligations, and procedures regarding cooperation with federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies.

2. NO EXPECTATION OF PRIVACY FOR ILLEGAL ACTIVITY

3. GENERAL AUTHORITY TO COOPERATE WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT

The Platform may, without notice to the User where legally permitted:


4. CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES ACT (CSA) COMPLIANCE

The Platform strictly prohibits the use of its services to manufacture, distribute, dispense, transport, or possess controlled substances in violation of the Controlled Substances Act (“CSA”).

Where the Platform becomes aware of activity reasonably suspected to violate the CSA, it may:

5. BUREAU OF ALCOHOL, TOBACCO, FIREARMS AND EXPLOSIVES (ATF) COMPLIANCE

The Platform prohibits any delivery or facilitation involving firearms, ammunition, explosives, or regulated weapons except where explicitly permitted by law and expressly authorized in writing by the Platform.

The Platform enforces compliance with DOT regulations governing transportation safety, hazardous materials, and vehicle operation.

The Platform prohibits the transportation of hazardous materials requiring DOT placarding, registration, or special handling unless expressly authorized.
