This Law Enforcement Cooperation & Regulatory Compliance Policy (“Policy”) establishes the Platform’s authority, obligations, and procedures regarding cooperation with federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies.
The objectives of this Policy are to:
Prevent criminal misuse of the Platform
Comply with applicable U.S. federal and state laws
Protect public safety
Limit Platform liability and regulatory exposure
Provide clear notice to Users regarding data disclosure and cooperation
This Policy is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service, Prohibited Items & Acceptable Use Policy, Courier Independent Contractor Agreement, and all related agreements.
Users acknowledge and agree that:
The Platform does not guarantee confidentiality for activity involving illegal conduct
Communications, delivery data, account information, and transactional records may be reviewed, preserved, or disclosed where legally required or reasonably necessary to prevent harm
The Platform expressly disclaims any obligation to shield Users from law enforcement inquiries arising from their own actions
This Policy does not waive constitutional or statutory rights but provides advance notice of lawful cooperation.
The Platform may, without notice to the User where legally permitted:
Respond to subpoenas, warrants, court orders, and lawful requests
Voluntarily disclose information when the Platform reasonably believes such disclosure is necessary to prevent death, serious bodily harm, or significant property damage
Preserve records pending investigation
Suspend or terminate accounts implicated in unlawful activity

The Platform strictly prohibits the use of its services to manufacture, distribute, dispense, transport, or possess controlled substances in violation of the Controlled Substances Act (“CSA”).
4.1 Reporting and DisclosureWhere the Platform becomes aware of activity reasonably suspected to violate the CSA, it may:
Report such activity to the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) or other appropriate authorities
Preserve delivery records, communications, IP addresses, and account identifiers
Disclose User information as required by subpoena or exigent circumstances
Mislabeling, concealment, or misrepresentation of controlled substances constitutes a material violation of Platform policies and may result in immediate termination and referral to law enforcement.

The Platform prohibits any delivery or facilitation involving firearms, ammunition, explosives, or regulated weapons except where explicitly permitted by law and expressly authorized in writing by the Platform.
5.1 ATF CooperationThe Platform may cooperate with the ATF by:
Providing transaction data related to suspected unlawful weapons transport
Identifying accounts involved in prohibited firearms activity
Preserving evidence for criminal investigation
Any suspected ATF-regulated violation may result in:
Immediate account suspension
Permanent termination
Law enforcement referral without prior notice

The Platform enforces compliance with DOT regulations governing transportation safety, hazardous materials, and vehicle operation.
6.1 Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT)The Platform prohibits the transportation of hazardous materials requiring DOT placarding, registration, or special handling unless expressly authorized.
Where suspected HAZMAT violations occur, the Platform may:
Notify DOT or Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA)
Preserve vehicle, route, and shipment data
Suspend Courier access pending investigation
Couriers remain solely responsible for compliance with DOT licensing, registration, and safety requirements. The Platform may cooperate with DOT authorities regarding unsafe operations.

Although the Platform does not operate as an air carrier, it prohibits any attempt to:
Circumvent TSA security requirements
Transport items prohibited from air or secure transportation channels
Use the Platform to evade aviation or transportation security laws
Where relevant, the Platform may coordinate with TSA or related agencies regarding security threats or prohibited items.
The Platform may disclose User information without prior legal process where it reasonably believes disclosure is necessary to:
Prevent imminent harm
Respond to credible threats
Assist emergency responders
Protect national or public security
Such disclosures are made in good faith and consistent with applicable law.
Upon receipt of a lawful request or upon reasonable belief of criminal activity, the Platform may:
Preserve User data beyond standard retention periods
Restrict account access
Maintain audit logs for investigatory purposes
Preservation does not imply wrongdoing but ensures legal compliance.
Where permitted by law, the Platform may notify Users of law enforcement requests. Notification may be delayed or withheld where:
Prohibited by law
Necessary to prevent harm
Likely to compromise an investigation
Users agree that the Platform shall not be liable for:
Disclosure of information made in good faith
Account actions taken to comply with legal obligations
Cooperation with law enforcement or regulatory agencies
This protection applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform from claims arising out of:
Law enforcement investigations caused by User conduct
Regulatory penalties attributable to User violations
Third-party claims related to illegal activity
This Policy may be updated to reflect changes in law, enforcement priorities, or regulatory guidance. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance.
By accessing or using the Platform, Users acknowledge that:
They understand this Policy
They consent to lawful cooperation with authorities
They assume all risk associated with illegal or prohibited conduct
